We understand that you may wish to request product samples and we are happy to
help. Please feel free to place your sample order online however keep in mind
that some products do carry minimums based on product packaging. These items CAN
NOT be broken down.

Wedding Favor Bliss currently does NOT accept international orders. We ship only
to the lower 48 states of the US.

All prices listed on our Wedding Favor Bliss web site are quoted in US Dollars.

All orders shipped to destinations within the state of California are charged 8.25% sales tax. Orders sent to destinations outside the state of California are exempt from sales tax.

No, at the present time we are only accepting online orders.

While Wedding Favor Bliss does not have a minimum order amount some products on
our web site do have minimum quantity requirements. When minimum quantities are
required they will be listed under the product description for that given product.
You are welcome to place an order in any quantity above or at the stated minimum
requirement for the specific product. If you would like to see a product prior
to making a purchase, you are welcome to place a sample order however, if it has
any minimum requirements you will still be subject to them.

All inventory is shipped directly from our warehouse with delivery being between
10-15 business days (roughly 2 to 3 weeks) from date or order.

Depending on product availability, orders will be sent from our warehouse in Los
Angeles, CA or directly from the manufacturer.

You may change or cancel within 24 hours of placing your order as long as the
order has not been processed and shipped. For all personalized items, once the
order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.
2. CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED? back to top At Wedding Favor Bliss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will love our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or e-mail us within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange and obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Credit for the returns will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping
and processing charges will not be refunded. Please read our detailed policy for
